The Snapdragon Book Foundation provides funds to improve school libraries for disadvantaged children.

In 2012,
the foundation received 199 grant applications from public, private, and
charter schools across the nation. Grants ranging from $800 to $20,000 were
awarded to the schools for their exemplary proposals and innovative programs.
