CVS Caremark Community Grants
The CVS Caremark Community Grants program provides financial assistance to nonprofit organizations that are providing much-needed access to health care for underserved populations; wellness and prevention programs that are aimed at helping people achieve their best health, including those in public schools; and programs that are helping all kids on their path to better health – with a focus on the critical years of development from birth to age five.
If you're thinking, "Where does a library fit into that," think: nutritional and health programming for young families in partnership with your local school's Wellness office.
Qualifying organizations are eligible for grants of up to $5,000.
Opens June 1; in years past it has closed October 31.
