Annie's Homegrown: $250 for community gardening grants

Annie's Homegrown offers up to $250 to community gardens, school gardens, and other educational programs that connect children directly to gardening. Funds may be used to buy gardening tools, seeds, or other needed supplies. Eligible applicants include K-12 schools and nonprofits. Maximum Grant:  $250                     Deadline:  February 29, 2012      Guidelines & application         The application is simple: some fill-in-the-blanks and six short answers (under 250 words): Please tell us a little about your organization and program: Please tell us in detail how you will use the Growing Organic grant:  How will Annie's be promoted in association with the grant? How do you envision the garden growing over the next few years? What are the goals of the garden? How can the garden be used as a model for other school gardens?
