JC Penney supports communities at local, regional and national levels starting with a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) process. 

You can find the eligibility requirements and submission instructions in full here & briefly below.

The LOI requirements are basic, like mailing address/contact info and name and title of Chief Executive.

The Program Request is a maximum of three pages, which includes a (maximum) 2–page narrative and a 1-page line item program budget.

The Event Request is a maximum of five pages and inlcudes sponsorship levels with benefits and things like samples of brochures.

The In–Kind Donation Request is a one page (maximum) narrative.
